Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-02

1.Introduction

These terms govern your use of moreconnected, a customer-relationship platform operated by Feel More Energy LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). They cover the web application at moreconnected.ai, the services behind it, and the Meta app named “Connecti Roster”.

Feel More Energy LLC also operates a separate consumer wellness application. That product has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and nothing on this page applies to it.

By creating an account or using moreconnected, the business you act for agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

3.Eligibility and accounts

  • moreconnected is sold to businesses and is not intended for personal use. Accounts may not be created by anyone under 18.
  • You must give accurate account details and keep them current.
  • Every account belongs to an organization. Each request is authenticated and authorized against that organization, so one business cannot read another’s data.
  • You are responsible for the users you invite into your organization and for what they do with the account.
  • Keep your credentials confidential. If you believe an account has been compromised, write to us at the address above.

4.What the product does — and does not do

The product does the following:

  • Stores a business’s contacts, notes, campaigns, and message history, and moves its leads through a pipeline of stages the business defines.
  • Places and receives phone calls and text messages from the browser. This includes a power dialer that works through a list of leads, and bulk text messages sent to many leads at once, which go out only after a person approves the campaign.
  • Records calls, where the business chooses to, transcribes them so the business can search them, and writes AI summaries of them.
  • Scores recorded sales calls with AI, to coach the team (Coach).
  • Provides team chat, including recorded voice messages, and video calls and meetings. Guests without an account can join a meeting through a link once a host lets them in. When a team member starts a recording, a meeting is recorded and transcribed, with an AI summary.
  • Keeps a calendar, and a booking page where people can request a time to meet.
  • Tracks tasks.
  • Stores and shares files (Vault).
  • Sends documents for electronic signature through a signing link.
  • Sends and receives email on a business’s behalf, from mailboxes that business has connected: a Google account, or any mailbox connected with its IMAP and SMTP password.
  • Runs email and text-message flows that a business sets up. Once a person publishes a flow, its email and text steps send on the schedule the flow sets. A step that uses AI to draft a follow-up waits until a person reviews it and sends it.
  • Collects the answers people submit on public web forms a business publishes, including the contact form on our own website.
  • Reads receipts with AI to record expenses (Ledger).
  • Keeps staff schedules and clock-in times (HR).
  • Offers Pulse, an AI assistant that tracks a team’s projects and creates project items once a person confirms them.
  • Searches public sources and Instagram’s Creator Marketplace for creators matching criteria the business describes, reading public Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube profiles.
  • Shows a business the Instagram direct messages people send to its connected Instagram business account, and lets a person on the team reply, within the time Meta allows for a reply.
  • Publishes social posts on a business’s behalf, to the accounts that business has connected for that purpose: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and X. Publishing runs through Ayrshare, using credentials the business supplies for it. See section 5 for why this is separate from the Meta connection Roster uses.

It does not do the following:

  • Start a conversation, or send an unsolicited direct message, on Instagram or Facebook. Meta does not allow a business to message someone who has not written to it first, and we do not attempt to. The only Instagram direct messages the product sends are replies a person on your team sends to someone who messaged your business first.
  • Comment, like, or follow through any connected social account.
  • Sell personal data to anyone.
  • Use the data one business stores to serve another business, or combine data across businesses into any cross-customer profile.
  • Make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Creator scores and AI suggestions are advisory and a person decides what to do with them.

The first message to a creator found through the product is sent by a person on your team. The product may draft it with AI, but it does not send it on its own. A later message is either sent by a person too, or sent by a flow your business has set up and published, as described above.

5.Connecting a Meta account

This section applies when a business connects its Facebook Page and the Instagram business account linked to it, through the Meta app named “Connecti Roster”.

  • You must own or be authorized to administer the account you connect.
  • Your use of a connected account remains subject to Meta’s own terms and policies, including Instagram’s. Those terms are between you and Meta; nothing here overrides them.
  • We store a Page access token, encrypted at rest, so the product can make requests on your behalf. We use it to read the connected account’s identity, to search Instagram’s Creator Marketplace with the criteria you set, and to receive and reply to the Instagram direct messages people send your business.
  • The Creator Marketplace API is read-only. We do not post, comment, like, or follow through your connected account, and we never start a conversation from it. The only messages sent through it are replies a person on your team sends to someone who messaged your business first, within the time Meta allows for a reply.
  • The messages people send your business, and your replies, are visible only to users in your organization who have permission to see them.
  • You can disconnect at any time inside the product, which deletes our stored credential. Access can also be removed from Facebook’s own Business Integrations settings.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis for contacting the creators and contacts you reach through your own channels, and for complying with the marketing and anti-spam rules that apply where you and they are located.

6.Your content and your data

The content a business stores in moreconnected — contacts, notes, campaigns, messages, files, call recordings and transcripts — remains that business’s. We claim no ownership of it. We process it to operate the product for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data is stored in the United States. Some of the providers listed in the Privacy Policy operate in other countries, so information may be transferred internationally.

You may not use the product to store or send unlawful content, to harass anyone, to circumvent a platform’s access controls, or in a way that breaches the terms of a service you have connected to it.

7.Our intellectual property

The software, its interface, and its documentation are ours and remain ours. These terms grant a business the right to use moreconnected while its account is active, and nothing more. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the product.

8.Deleting your data

This section is the deletion instruction referenced from our Meta app settings. It describes what actually happens, not what an automated system would do — there is no automatic erasure job, so a deletion request is carried out by a person.

What you can delete yourself, immediately. Signed in, you can delete an individual contact or campaign at any time from within the product. Disconnecting a connected account — Facebook, Instagram, or Google — deletes our stored credential for it straight away. Creator records surfaced by Roster, calls, call recordings, and Instagram direct messages cannot be deleted from within the product today; we remove those on request, as described below.

How to request deletion of an account, or of a record you cannot reach. Email support@feelmoreenergy.com from the address associated with the account, or, if you are a creator or a contact stored by a business using the product, from an address we can match to the record you are asking about. Say what you want deleted — the whole account, or a specific record. We may ask you for enough detail to identify it, so that we do not delete the wrong person’s data.

What happens next. A person reviews the request and carries out the deletion by hand. We will respond within 30 days. Where a record belongs to a business using the product rather than to us, we route the request to that business and support their response; where we can act on it directly, we do. You can ask us to remove a creator record sourced from Instagram’s Creator Marketplace this way.

What we may keep. We may retain what the law requires us to retain, and backups roll off on their own schedule rather than being edited in place. Retention after an account closes is described in the Privacy Policy.

9.Fees and billing

Our prices are published on our website: the Team plan is US$149.99 a month with 10 people included and US$10 a month for each extra person, up to 25 people; the Enterprise plan is US$499.99 a month with 25 people included and US$8 a month for each extra person. You buy a plan on our website through a checkout run by Stripe. Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as the merchant of record: it processes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies, and sends your receipts and invoices. The charge appears on your statement starting with "LINK.COM*". Prices are in US dollars; the checkout may show the amount in your local currency. Your subscription renews automatically every month, at the price of your plan plus any extra people or add-ons you bought, until you cancel it. Where a business has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.

The first 50 teams to sign up are founding teams, and get two promises. First, the Team plan price stays at US$149.99 a month for 12 months from the day the team starts. Second, a money-back promise: if, within the first 30 days, your team is not using the product every day, you can ask for your money back and we will refund what you paid. To ask, email the address in section 15 or write to us through our contact page within those 30 days.

Refunds and cancellation: a founding team can get its money back under the 30-day promise above. You can cancel at any time, either from link.com by signing in with the email you used at checkout, or by writing to us at the address in section 15; cancelling stops future charges. Any other refund can be requested from us or from Link's support, which can issue a refund within 60 days of a payment in certain cases. Ending the agreement is covered in section 11, and what happens to the data afterwards in section 8.

10.Availability and support

The product is provided as-is and as-available. We do not offer an uptime commitment: no service level is published, uptime is not measured against a target, there are no defined maintenance windows, and downtime is not credited. Support is by email at the address in section 15 or through our contact page. We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Miami time. That is a goal we work to, not a service level: there is no guaranteed response time and no credit if a reply takes longer. Where an agreement with a business sets different terms, that agreement governs.

We may change, add, or remove features as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces functionality a business relies on, we will tell account administrators before it takes effect.

11.Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account immediately where continuing to serve it would break the law, breach a platform’s terms we depend on, or put other customers’ data at risk. We will say why.

Notice period for ending this agreement: either side may end this agreement at any time by written notice to the other — to the contact address in section 15, or to the account’s administrators. There is no minimum term and no fixed notice period; termination takes effect when the notice is received, or on a later date the notice states. Suspension for the reasons above is immediate and separate from this.

After termination, deletion of the account’s data follows section 8 and the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.

12.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Creator scores, AI-generated suggestions, and search results are advisory. They are produced from public data and model output, they can be wrong, and a person must decide what to do with them. We do not warrant that any creator will respond, accept, or perform.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the fees paid to us under the written agreement in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US$100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits of this kind, and where that is so this section applies only as far as their law permits.

13.Governing law and disputes

Governing law: these terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute resolution: if a dispute arises, raise it with us in writing first — email the address in section 15, describing the problem and what you would like done about it. Both sides will then try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days before taking any other step. If it is still unresolved after that, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both sides consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section takes away a right your own local law gives you and does not allow you to waive.

14.Changes to these terms

We will post any change on this page and update the effective date above. For material changes we will notify account administrators before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the product after that means the business accepts the revised terms.
